We have an exciting opportunity for female staff to join our new Supported Independent Living home located in Mount Gambier! With Casual and permanent positions for the right candidate available you'll be helping our clients build routines, relationships, and a positive home environment from day one!

This new service requires 24/7 support including passive overnight shifts and use of a private motor vehicle subject to approval.

 What you'll be doing

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide support with household duties including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
• Advocate for clients' needs and preferences, ensuring their rights and choices are respected
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organisational and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised support plans

What you'll need to have

• A Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability (or equivalent) students welcomed
• A current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Check & Working with Children Check
• Passion for health and safety demonstrated through maintaining First Aid, CPR & Safe Environments for Children & Young People
• A positive attitude with flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster including passive overnight shifts
