I’ve been supported to be able to be a full-time Team Leader, and now a Client Services Manager, while also having a young family. I’ve never been made to feel that my family life is a burden. If I need time off, I’m able to take it, and I get the flexibility and support to make it work. I can adjust my hours if I need to – start earlier and finish earlier or work outside of standard hours – and I’ve got the full support of the team whenever I need it.

We have a great relationship here. It’s quite a dynamic group with lots of different personalities, but it’s very easy to talk to everyone. Everyone is just on the other end of a Teams chat and always willing to help. I really like that, even if a question takes more than five minutes, someone will answer it for you.

I’m a big advocate for wellbeing, and I think it’s important that staff get the time they need off. I’ll find a way to help because I believe people perform best when they’re in their best space. My mornings can be very rushed getting my kids to school and childcare, but coming into the office is always bubbly and brightens my day. It’s hard not to be happy at work.

I’ve also been through management training and leadership sessions, which really sets you up for future opportunities and succession. The support, flexibility, and encouragement I’ve had here have made all the difference.”
