Our Group Support Services let you take the lead while having fun. From day programs to community activities or getting out and about, it’s all up to you. From cooking to crafts, sports, or learning new skills. You decide how social or adventurous you want to be. With different options available across our regions, each day is shaped around your interests so you can connect and explore.

Connected Day Programs

Our Day Programs give you a local, trusted hub to connect, create, and try new things while having the chance to also get out and about. You choose your journey, have input into what you do, and enjoy each day at your own pace with support always on hand.

Get Out and About

Explore your local area with small groups and try new things. Whether it’s visiting a café, joining an art class, volunteering, or attending an event, you choose how to get involved. Stay active, meet new people, and enjoy your local area with support and friends with you.

Supported Adventures

Looking for something more? Join our supported group adventures or one-off experiences with like-minded people. Whether it’s seeing a show interstate, attending a festival, or heading away for a few nights, make lasting memories with likeminded people.

Get Social

Join fun social events with people from your region and across South Australia. From discos and BBQs to special interest clubs, there’s always something happening. Our team is here to support you so you can join in, meet new friends, and enjoy activities like Friday night pub dinners, Op Shopping, local discos, Dungeons and Dragons, or anything that sparks your interest!

Absolutely! Even though activities are in groups, you’re in charge of your day. You can join in what interests you, skip what doesn’t, and shape your own experience.

Activities happen in local hubs, community spaces, and around your region. Sometimes we head out for excursions, special events, or day trips – it all depends on what you feel like doing. Most of our regions also have a trusted hub where you can start and end your day.
