We get it, sometimes things change. You can cancel your services with us, no problem. All we need is 28 days’ notice. Just let your local team know or get in touch, and we’ll work it out together.

Absolutely! Lots of our clients work with more than one provider, and we think it’s great. Sometimes a community of support is exactly what you need to Livit your way.

Yes, we work with people who have NDIS plans and funding. If you don’t have a plan yet, that’s okay too. Get in touch, and we can chat about your options and help point you in the right direction. If you don’t have an NDIS plan yet, the first step is to contact the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). They’ll help you work out your Support Plan. You can also download the NDIS checklists from their website to see what you need to do.

Just get in touch and tell us what you’re after. Our team might ask a few questions to understand what matters to you, and then we can work out a quote from there. There’s no pressure to go ahead with the service, and we can work through all your options together.

We support people aged 12 years of age and up. If you’re over 65 and already using our disability services, we’ll keep your support going or help you move to aged care if needed.

Yes! We offer respite at our Myranth House in Strathalbyn for people who have Short Term Accommodation (STA) as part of their NDIS funding. If you need urgent housing or extra support but don’t have NDIS funding, we can point you to other local organisations that can help.

If you have NDIS funding in place, once we know what support you need, we can usually get things moving pretty quickly. Some services do take a bit longer, but we’ll let you know what to expect each step of the way. Get in touch

We get this question a lot! We don’t currently sell mobility aids, and we don’t take second-hand ones either.
