We’re proud to share that overall results put us in the minimal concern category, showing we have a healthy balance of low stressors and strong supports. This means our teams feel supported, connected, and confident in their roles.
The survey is done every 18 months and gives everyone the opportunity to share feedback on what’s working and where we can improve. Other results from the 2025 survey showed we have strong role clarity, supportive relationships with supervisors and peers, and confidence in fair and consistent processes. All of these are key indicators of a healthy and engaged workplace.
The survey feedback also shows us areas of opportunity and improvement. Over the next year, we’ll be focusing on strengthening areas that matter most to our people. This includes emotional wellbeing, communication during times of change, and psychological safety. These priorities show our commitment to improving and creating a safe place for people to learn and grow.
“We really value feedback from our people. It tells us what’s working and where we can make real improvements for our teams,” said CE Mark Kulinski.
“The survey confirms we’re creating a workplace where people feel heard, supported, and ready to do their best every day.”
