The directorate will work closely with senior leadership, regional teams, and local staff to guide the organisation’s next chapter and make sure growth stays thoughtful, sustainable, and centred on people.
Leading the charge is Kathleen Woolford, who brings decades of experience in disability and community services, plus a background as a speech pathologist. Kathleen’s known for her energy, curiosity, and knack for turning big ideas into action.
“I’m thrilled to step into this role and work with our amazing teams and clients,” Kathleen said. “There’s so much opportunity to grow, learn, and keep making a difference every day.”

The new directorate will bring together Quality and Safeguarding, Marketing and Communications, and a brand-new Supported Independent Living (SIL) Growth Coordinator role.
The team will look at how we can make our outstanding SIL supports available to more people. We want our high-quality and safe SIL support that’s completely designed around our clients to be easily accessible.
Chief Executive Mark Kulinski said the new directorate creates space for meaningful growth while keeping the organisation’s strong foundations front and centre.
“This is about finding new ways to grow while holding tight to what makes us who we are,” Mark said. “Quality and safeguarding remain at the heart of everything we do. I’m confident this directorate will help us explore new opportunities without ever losing sight of the trusted, high-standard support our clients rely on.”
