We are seeking a Rostering Clerk Full-Time Fixed-Term until 30 June 2027 to join our fast paced, inclusive, and supportive scheduling team.

The Rostering Clerk is a key part of the rostering/scheduling function. As a Rostering Clerk you’ll help ensure the appropriate and responsive allocation of resources to meet our clients’ service needs. You will undertake timely communication with Support Workers, Clients/Families and regional teams about changes to rosters or support staff.

Working from our modern Mount Barker Office, key responsibilities are:

  • Contact Support Workers to fill vacant shifts

  • Ensure shift allocations meet contract requirements, training/credentialing standards, and client preferences

  • Ensure rosters comply with Award provisions

  • Escalate unfilled shifts to the Regional Scheduling Officer promptly

  • Work towards rostering Support Workers to their full capacity

  • Assist the Regional Scheduling Officer as needed

You’ll have:

  • Minimum completion of Year 11 plus relevant previous customer service experience

  • A knack for solving problems and thinking logically under pressure –finding solutions and making things fit just right

  • Rostering experience will be highly regarded but is not essential

  • Experience using Dynamics 365 or a similar rostering system will also be highly regarded but is not essential

  • Obtain and maintain a NDIS Worker Check

  • Class 1 Drivers Licence
