Meeting every two months, the Board brings together clients with an independent Chair, and its recommendations go directly to the Chief Executive and Board. Over the past year, the CAB has helped the organisation rethink its brand, provide input on services, and spark new initiatives that make a real difference for clients.
“The Client Advisory Board is here to make sure clients have a real voice in how services are delivered,” said the Chair of the CAB, Nick Schumi. “New members bring fresh ideas and perspectives that help us make better decisions every day.”
