Myriad is a one-of-a-kind art exhibition celebrating the creativity, talent, and stories of artists living with disability from across South Australia. Part of the SALA Festival, it’s one of the biggest showcases of artwork by people living with disability in the state and a must-see for anyone who loves art with heart.

About Myriad

Myriad brings together all kinds of artists and art styles, giving everyone a chance to share their story. From paintings and sculptures to mixed media, every piece shows the artist’s unique voice and perspective. It’s a place to experience art in a new way and see the world through someone else’s eyes.

Our usual home at the State Library of South Australia is being repurposed, so we’re hitting pause this year to dream up something even better for 2026. We want the next Myriad to be bigger, bolder, and full of new ways to celebrate the amazing talent of artists living with disability. Got ideas? We’d love to hear them!

We want Myriad to be open to everyone living with disability in South Australia. If you’d like to submit your own artwork, we can help make the process smooth and easy when submissions open. The venue we pick will have accessible facilities and parking. Stay tuned for more info for 2026.

Many pieces in the exhibition are also able to be purchased, and 100% of the money goes straight back to the artist. We cover any other costs so you can support local artists with ease. Pieces will be available at the exhibition and online, but they sell fast, so make sure you’re on our mailing list to snap up your favourite!
